When & where is the conference taking place?

The conference is on Thursday 23rd February at etc.venues St. Paul’s, 200 Aldersgate St, Barbican, London EC1A 4HD.  Registration will open at 9am and sessions will start at 10am and run through until 5pm.

How much do tickets cost and where can I get mine?

You can book your tickets here.  Tickets are free for FCA registered Brokers and £1,500 + VAT for Non-Brokers.  If you have any questions regarding tickets please email Serena Giampieri

Do I need to pre-register for the conference?

Yes, you will only be able to attend the conference if you have registered beforehand. On-the-day admittance will not be permitted.

Who is eligible for the Broker ticket?

You must be an FCA registered broker to be eligible.  We define law firms, consultants, technology vendors, and any company that offers any other service to brokers/insurers/claims practitioners as non-brokers.

Is there a limit to the number of delegates we can send?

No, you are welcome to send as many delegates as you like. Please note that there is a charge for late cancellation or no-shows on the day – please see the relevant Terms and Conditions of Booking for more information.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Paid for tickets
Registration fees are refundable, less a 10% administration fee, up to and including 25th December 2022.
From 26th December 2022 up to and including 24th January 2023 we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
From 25th January 2023 no refund will be given.

FOC Broker tickets
For any cancellation received on or before 16th February there will be no charge.
Cancellations received from 17th February 2023, including no shows on the day, will be subject to a cancellation fee of £70 + VAT to cover non-refundable costs incurred.

Can I send a substitute in my place after the cancellation cut-off date?

Yes, but you will need to email events@insurancetimes.co.uk with the details of the person who will be replacing you so that we can amend the ticketing system so you won’t be charged.

When will the final agenda be available?

The latest agenda will be available on the website shortly and will be updated as and when additional details are confirmed. Please note that the agenda is subject to change and the version on the website will always be the most up to date.

Will the sessions be available online after the event?

No, The sessions won’t be available post event.

Can I see a delegate list?

No, delegate lists will not be available due to data protection legislation.

When will my ticket arrive?

We don’t issue printed tickets, all delegates will be listed on the registration list on arrival.

When will I receive my badge?

Your badge will be available for collection from the registration desk on arrival at the conference.

Does my ticket include any catering?

Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided during the conference. You will need to inform us of any dietary requirements during registration.

Can I order a Kosher meal?

Yes, but this needs to ordered at least 72 hours in advance and there will be an extra charge which you will need to cover as the meal will need to be brought in specially.  Please contact the events team for more information.

Is there a cloakroom at etc.Venues?

Yes, there is a cloakroom at the venue.

Is there wheelchair access at etc.Venues?

Yes, there is wheelchair access and a lift available to all floors.

Is there parking at etc.Venues?

No, there is no parking on site but there are several options nearby:

NCP London Barbican (2 mins)
City of London Corporation (2 mins)
Smithfield Car Park (4 mins)
Barbican Centre Car Park (4 mins)

Please note that neither Insurance Times, nor the venue takes any responsibility for car parking facilities offered by third-party suppliers.

Will there be wifi at the venue?

Yes, there is free wifi throughout the venue.  Details will be available on arrival.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is smart casual

What are my options for sponsoring and exhibiting at the conference?
