A career banker with extensive experience in providing banking services to SMEs and corporates. At Macquarie Bank Mark worked closely with insurance brokers providing acquisition and MBO finance. He has acted on deals including secured and cashflow lending, MBO & acquisition funding, highly leveraged transactions, premium finance, deposits and payment solutions. Mark previously held senior management, relationship director and sales roles at Handelsbanken, Lloyds TSB, RBS and HSBC, as well as running his own businesses. Particular strengths include leadership, relationship management, risk management, financial analysis and modelling, gained through a diversity of roles in a commercial and corporate banking environment.
